There is no need to work in an office with modern technologic advances. Your file is stored on our website and is available for you to view 24/7 from virtually any computer with internet access. For questions regarding your file, simply email or call your Coordinator.
How do I open an order with EscrowCoord.com?
Once you have a fully executed purchase contract, complete our online form with team information and email all contracts and documents to us. Within 24 business hours, your file will be available on our website. You and other team members also receive a comprehensive team and timeline sheet. Your assigned Coordinator will exclusively work on all of your transactions.
We charge a minimal service fee for escrows that are cancelled after 20 days. You will receive a CD of the transaction documents for your files.
Simply sign a contract agreement with EscrowCoord.com then complete a Favorites form, save an Intake form to your desktop (for future transaction orders) and your done!
We ask that you also provide a list of office required documents so we can build a custom tracking program for you. If you don’t have a list, no problem--we will work together to create one!
